Looking for a detachable handled skillet in nonstick aluminum

SognSpatula | Jan 29, 201910:27 AM     17

I'm looking for an aluminum skillet with a detachable handle for use backcountry camping. The goal is light weight and packability, without sacrificing the ability to make a real meal.

In the past, I've used a grocery store pan with a screw-off handle. The old one worked for several years, but it's now all scratched up, dented, and has a high spot in the middle. Time for something new.

For this sort of use, the pan isn't going to last more than a couple years.

Any suggestions?
