Popped in for lunch today. Had a very tasty mozzarella sandwich with fresh basil, tomato and a nice pesto. They call their sandwiches "panini" but I would describe them more as sandwiches made on your choice of lightly toasted fresh bread; they are not pressed. It was modest in size and there are few other savory items on the menu so I might regard D'Espresso/Screme Gelato as a place to get a quick snack rather than a full meal.
The gelato looked great as usual for their stores. Regrettably, I had a chocolate croissant, which proved to be stale.
