Desert Island cooking implements

For 3 weeks this summer, I'll be staying in an apartment in Maine with a completely unstocked kitchen (aside from stove, oven and fridge) and a $350 stipend to buy groceries at a nearby supermarket. Since I'll be flying to this place, my suitcase space is severely limited. I'm looking forward to the challenge of feeding myself (and hopefully pocketing some of that food money) and am trying to figure out what is the absolute minimum amount of kitchen stuff I can bring. Here's my list so far:

Chef's knife
10" nonstick skillet (I considered cast iron, but seemed too heavy)
1 qt saucepan
pepper mill
vegetable peeler
paring knife
1 set of eating utensils
wooden spoon

I figure I can just buy a cheap cutting board, a couple sturdy plastic plates and cups, and flimsy pot and strainer for pasta, and just leave it there when I leave. Am I forgetting anything? I wonder what my fellow cooks out there would deem must-haves for such a situation.
