Just had a great (yes, probably not authentic, maybe not even Mexican, OK?) breakfast at Lucha Libre. It was called a Huevos Rancheros Burrito, and is pretty much as described.
Take a typical Huevos Rancheros (notice I typed typical, not authentic or genuine), including fried eggs, beans, corn tortillias, sauce, cheese etc, and wrap it in a flour tortilla to make a burrito gigante.
I didn't eat the wrapper (notice I typed wrapper, not rapper)- too many carbs, even for me, but I enjoyed the sloppy meal. I particularly liked they were bold enough to cook the eggs properly, plenty of runny yolk (runny yolk, not running joke) to distribute the flavor throughout.
Lucha Libre does have some very good salsa (again, not authentic, just good) including a mango-ish concoction which I enjoyed tremendously.
No, I wouldn't wait on line to get it- I'm nowhere near mature enough to wait.
But it was great, and I'll regreso soon.
