Hey All,
Just wanted to get a clarification from people who know better either from owning or purchasing. I know a year or so ago the Demeyere Teppanyaki 7-ply that is highly regarded went on super sale. I missed that. But with xmas coming I’m putting the 20.9 x 12.8 Teppanyaki on my list. I found the best price for it here - https://berondi.com/demeyere-cookware...
That’s the same one that everyone was raving about years ago right? On the Teppanyaki page it calls it a 5-ply but on the actual product page details they describe it as a 7-ply 4mm. I’m pretty sure that’s the one, but wanted to get confirmation. I also believe the size of the pan also lends itself to being the correct one. I think the real 5-ply was only made in a smaller size?
Anyway appreciate the insight. Also putting the Demeyere Atlantis 4.2qt saute on my list from that same site. Can’t wait to get them on my GE cafe induction top. Love my other Demeyere stuff on it and these will be great additions.
