I have now used my two Demeyere Pawson 7 PLY pans a good number of times and I wonder if I'm the only one with this experience, but it always seem like a PITA to clean the pans.
At first I thought it was the way I cooked with it and the stuff I cooked, but no matter what I do with it, these pans are always extremely difficult to get clean.
I use my other pans for the exact same tasks, and they are easy to clean. The I use my 7 PLY Pawson pans and I have to scrub and scrub and scrub and soak and soak soak them.
I'm actually beginning to avoid using them for this very reason.....which is sad, because the pans are fantastic performers, though not the fastest responding, they have terrific even heating.
Anyone else with the same experience ?
