Ihave to laugh that you think Craig Stolls cooking is at the same level as A16 He has been one of Sanfranciscos top chefs in his category for over 10 years.Since when is a restaurant considered authentic when it doesnt even specialize in fish when the region it supposedley specializes in is famous for its seafood.If you want authentic neapolitan cuisine try Angelinos in sausalito where half of Sanfranciscos Italian restauranteurs dine on sunday afternoons.Authentic pizza try Ideale in North beach .ithink it would be interesting to have restaurenteurs do asurvey one time on what they consider top quality and authentic Ithink the results would be fascinating.
