Help me decipher the Xiao Fei Yang soup base!

This is a home cooking question, but I need the tastebuds of LA Chowhounds who have been to Xiao Fei Yang (little fat lamb) hot pot restaurant.

My SO and I tried re-creating this at home and got close, but I'd like to get closer. I refuse to believe there's only one herb in their base. Can anyone taste any seasoning in it other than:

-cumin
-meat stock
-milk
-salt/pepper
