Hi, I am a Philly hound looking for some opinions in the NYC area. Firstly, for those who have seen the city's skyline from Brooklyn Heights Promenade and from the Weehawken side, which view is more breath taking at dusk/night? I've only seen from the Weehawken side. And what restaurant around that area do you recommend for a party of 6 that's not too expensive.
