Need help deciding for 2 day visit

Elastic Waistband | Sep 19, 2004 10:02 PM

We will be in Montreal for 3 nights (arrive late on a Thurs. pm) and need one late night (perhaps sushi?) in downtown area if possible. Heard of Sho-Dan - is it any good? I couldn't find a website for it. Any comments on other places that I have read about, namely, Ginger, Fou d'Asie?

Next, well this is going to be a surprise - thinking of Brunoise for Friday or Saturday eve. With all of the excellent reviews on this board, I am looking forward to a great meal there.

Then where on the next eve...Ferriera seems like a great place.

Also, could use a great solo place for lunch on Friday (hubby will be at work) in any shopping area!! (not Old Montreal - probably save that for Saturday).

Also, need a good Saturday morn breakfast place.

Thanks for all of your anticipated help. I have not been to Montreal in over 10 years and am really looking forward to my visit.
