Any decent pan fried pork dumpling Shanghaiese style in Vancouver ?

I had been checked out all the Shanghai style Chinese restaurants in Lower Mainland but none of them are using a deep big iron pan to cook Pan fried pork dumpling like he ones in Hong Kong. Please refer to the 1st picture.

Any ideas where I can get some authentic Pan fried pork dumpling Shanghaiese style here ?? (See the 2nd and last picture)
