December 2019 COTM: 2019 Revisit

ad7yn | Dec 1, 201903:45 PM     19

Hello everyone! It's the last reporting thread for the year. We will be cooking for all 2019 COTM winners. Our winners range from a variety of local and international cuisines!

Due to character limitations. This master thread's comments will contain all the reporting threads for the year. Please use it to share thoughts and inspiration, ask questions, chat about ingredients, consider our favorites from the books, and form conclusions as we wrap up the month.

To read our nomination thread for this month, look here: https://www.chowhound.com/post/decemb...
Our voting thread is here: https://www.chowhound.com/post/decemb...

Take a spin through all of our prior Cookbook of the Month winners here, and please feel free to report on any recipes you try from past selections:

Finally, I would like to extend a special welcome to anyone new to Cookbook of the Month (COTM) or returning after a break! This is an inclusive community for home cooks of all levels, even if you're brand new to cooking! We learn a lot as we cook together, and we are thrilled when newcomers join us for the camaraderie and shared learning of COTM. If you're new, all you have to do is cook a recipe from the book and post your report on the corresponding thread, with a photo if you wish. Happy cooking to all!
