Please report here on both the master recipe and any variations you try with it (other than the recipes for variations included in the Breads chapter). Please reply to the main post with the recipe name in ALL CAPS, followed by the page number. You can describe your variations in the title of your post, too, such as PEASANT BREAD VARIATION WITH GRUYERE. If someone has already reported on a variation and you're doing the same spin on it, please add your report as a reply to the first report on the variation. Keeping all reports together creates a more streamlined thread that is easier to navigate for all. Thank you!
