Debating the last night in Paris

My boyfriend and I will be in Paris next week, and I have 3 of 4 dinners reserved, but now I'm torn about what to do for the 4th night. Here's the list so far:

Tues - Les Papilles
Wed - La Regalade
Thurs - Chez L'Ami Jean

On the one hand, I feel like we might not want to be too pre-scheduled before we leave in case we happen upon something while we're there and want the flexibility. But on the other hand, that 4th night is a Friday and I'm guessing will be the most difficult night to get a last minute dinner reservation or walk-in. If I do decide on making a reservation now, I'm also met with the conundrum of where we should eat on our last night in Paris. I thought of Bofinger, or Christophe, or Le Ferrandaise, if, of course, we can even get a table at one of those. Any suggestions? The list above should hopefully give the experienced Paris eaters some insight into the kind of place we're looking for. Casual, moderately priced, great food, but nothing fancy.

Finally, my understanding is that the no reservation Brasserie side of Le Comptoir du Relais is for both lunch and dinner. Is this correct? Could we have a shot of eating dinner there if we get there at the very beginning of service, or is this strictly a lunchtime thing?
