I've read how to make it, and I've tried, but it only turns into a big bowl of yuck sitting around my kitchen. I now make bread enough so that I could keep it going and really use it, but I'm not sure I'm doing it right.
Do you add yeast, or just leave it to culture wild yeast? How much of it do you make, and how much do you use when you are baking? Any suggestions would be helpful
