I´ve just bought 2 De Buyer Mineral B pans that I have been seasoning pretty thoroughly. Watched the Youtube video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoIO8Y... and did exactly the same with my seasoning (12 times) and I Think it took 2 Days for both pans. As you can see, the black Surface is starting to loose and food is starting to stick to the pan.
I got rid of all Bi wax Before I started. And De Buyer has Another method to seasoning there pans and I wonder if that is what I would have done instead ?
Do you have any suggestions or tips ? should I start all over with the seasoning .. in that case how ?
