Daytime cocktails, outside, downtown, on a weekend around 4pm

The weather is warming up and after brunch, my husband and I are often on the lookout for places that would make us a good cocktail around 4pm on a Saturday or Sunday. Preferably with outside seating and a solid negroni.

Places we've tried to far...

Hudson Bar & Books
They make a decent but overpriced Negroni ($16 IIRC) and you can sit on the sidewalk, and smoke cigars (good or bad dependent upon your perspective). My Pimm's cup was pretty good as well. Comfy seats.

Lovely staff. They make a solid negroni and an excellent "negroni sbagliato." Roasted, muddle orange, with campari and sweet vermouth, topped with a white Lambrusco. Some small sidewalk tables on West 4th Street, too. Kitchen closed during this period, though.

El Cobre
They open the full length doors out onto the street so even if you don't get an outside table, it still feels like you're outside when you sit in the lounge area. However, their cocktail list was very short. Only 3 drinks available when we went: a blackberry version of a mimosa, a Bloody Mary variant, and a rum/cucumber/hot sauce drink. Good but limiting.

On my "to try list":
Corsino - will they seat you outside if you're only getting drinks?
Caffe Muzio - anybody been?
Hudson Clearwater - anybody been? Drinks start at 5pm in the garden.
Amor y Amargo - opens at 5pm Sat, closed Sundays though

Anybody have any other recommendations?
