One Day in Seattle advice, please

Driving from San Francisco to Portland for my family's Thanksgiving. Visiting husband's family in Seattle on Saturday. Seeking advice to plan chow-worthy lunch or dinner for 10(15max) in Seattle.
I've scrolled down thru the June posts to search for "something for everyone" place:
Volterra (brunch)
Takohachi (Saturday lunch? or dinner)
Tamarind Tree (lunch)
Goldbergs' Famous Delicatessen (lunch)

I am hoping to arrange this lunch with just one phone call from California...what do you advise?

My personal list includes Salumi, Shiros, Seven Stars Pepper, Szechwan Noodle Bowl, Malay Satay Hut, Matt's at the Market, Harvest Vine, Union, Lampreia, Le Pichet, Lark, Cafe Juanita, Nishino, Jack's Fish Spot, Elliot's Oyster House, Saito's, Maximilien, Panos Kleftiko, shopping at Big John's PFI and World Spice. San Francisco is short on exceptional Japanese or Greek fare — no time to do "my list" on this visit. I think Seattle is a one-day visit only.
