What does it say about me that I actually enjoyed this wine?
I was on my way to an Asian BYO, and I didn't have enough time to drive over the PA state line into Delaware to shop for wine to bring along, so I reluctantly headed for a nearby PA State Store. I HATE shopping in these stores, but that's beside the point. So as I perused the one small section of whites, I came across this wine on sale for $12.99. It's a blend of Riesling, Symphony (whatever that is), Chardonnay, Orange Muscat, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, and French Colombard. Since I often choose Riesling or Gewurztraminer to accompany Asian fare, I thought this wine might be acceptable. I must admit, I was VERY pleasantly surprised.
Has anyone ever tried this wine? What did you think about it?
