Last week, when I was in England, I tried a dark chocolate crunch bar at Nadia's Patisserie in Cambridge. It was incredible!
It looked like a biscotti, had the chocolatey richness of a brownie, and a texture someone in between a brownie and a crisp biscotti (just a bit of a crunch but not too hard). It had some kind of biscuit (digestives or lady fingers) pieces mixed into the chocolate and was topped with powdered sugar. I noticed that Cafe Nero (British coffee chain) also has a version of it.
Does anyone have a recipe for it?
