In preparation for my move, I am cleaning out my closets. In doing so, I found lots of unused cookware and serving prices from the mid-1970s, including lots of Magnalite, Wilton Armetale, and two handsome white Dansk Dutch-oven-type pots with lids. Does anyone remember Dansk cookware from that date? What material is it made of (some kind of metal coated with enamel). Would this be a good substitue for the Le Creuset I am always thinking of buying? (It is lighter in weight than Le Creuset) Can I treat it like Le Creuset?
