I'm looking for a recipe for a kind of Danish rye bread. I am NOT looking for the classic "rugbrod" recipe, which produces a dark-coloured loaf. I'm looking for a recipe for a light-coloured bread (a shade darker than pure white) that has a few different kinds in it.

In my notes I have the word "trekorn", suggesting 3 different kinds of seeds, but the first para above is the only info I'm sure of.
