Try Chamberlain's. I haven't been to the restaurant proper in a couple of years, but good reports from friends continue to roll in. I did have the opportunity to eat some of their food and chat with their chefs at the Hill Country Food and Wine festival in Austin this spring. The tenderloin and wasabi mashed potatoes the served at the festival were absolutely first rate.
