In a post on a completely different subject a while back, I mentioned Eastside in Austin - a restaurant that grows some portions of its veggies and herbs in a garden behind the restaurant. One reply (from steve) indicated there are similar restaurants in Dallas. If so, I'd love to know which ones.
One of the best things about Eastside, was walking the garden while waiting for a table. In fact, it almost made the long waits (Austin, in general fosters long restaurant waits) bearable.
