Daisy's BBQ Cart - Lost in Translation?

So I tried the famous cart at 39th and BW. Not one person in line at 2 PM. Panicked a bit and went for the brisket sammich for 8 bills. (I KNEW I should have had the chili.) It comes unassembled. You get a deli container of the meat, a wrapped seeded bun, a little container of 'bread and butter' pickles. I was offered butter and declined. The guy couldn't have been nicer. Seemed very proud of his product.

I feel mixed about the experience. I assembled it all into a sammy and feel like the bread to meat ratio was off - in favor of the bread. So I didn't get the true goodness of the meat. I did try it on its own, and you can tell it's good stuff. I think I need to go to the actual 11th avenue location and get it hot, right off the cow. Cuz I think it is probably amazing. I see the potential for greatness.
