Filipino food is notoriously disappointing in US restaurants. But I can honestly say I have never had a daing na bangus that was less than very good, and in some cases it is excellent.
it is so good, it should be known the world over. Tacos, ma po tofu, bun cha hanoi, bhel puri, saltenas. These all need to make a little room for an underappreciated dish.
