Mrs. Mousse and I are trying to decide on a restaurant for our next anniversary. I like the look of Cyrus - the prices are low by high end standards and they have a section of the menu devoted entirely to foie gras. The critics love it, but I can only find a couple of reviews on the board most of which are from the month after opening. Does anyone have an experience they can share? I'm not expecting TFL just excellent food and a nice experience. Also, how formal is the atmosphere? I'm not really in to a stuffy, pretentious vibe and I don't want to be looked down at just because we wont be ordering $100 bottles of wine.
Any other high end recs where we could keep the bill for two around $200?
