I know this may be a lot to ask, but...
I'll be in town at the end of October with my wife. We are both foodies and have visited many great Seattle restaurants (Sitka and Spruce, Lark, Crush, etc.). However, my wife has recently stopped eating poultry and meat and is really exhausted by the small portion approach many restaurants are taking.
Are there a cutting edge, chef-driven restaurants that have more than one or two of the standard seafood options on their menu that serve larger sized portions?
We will be there three nights, and I want to be able to cater to her new diet at least one or two of the nights.
Please no sushi recs (we have reservations at Wataru for the third night).
