Custard Cups/Breville Smart Oven Air

susanrdrgz | Jul 22, 201805:48 PM

I would like to try and bake custard cups in my Breville Oven, but I’ve been afraid of using glass in it, and it’s already warped (slightly) one of my new OXO Pro gold baking sheets. My custard cups are Anchor Hocking glass. My question is-since they are baked in a water bath, would the water protect the glass from breaking? Has anyone had experience with this? I know that (typically) only the bakeware that came with it or toaster oven bakeware is recommended. I have successfully used raw aluminum, some brands of non stick coated pans, and a Granite Ware grill pan, but I’ve never used glass
