So I'm trying to learn more about cured and smoked fish, and I have lots of questions. Can anyone provide any links to relevant sites? Can anyone recommend good places (Zabar's for example) where you can order fish to be shipped to you in the US? What are your fave fish, what do you recommend? What is the difference between lox and nova? What does sable taste like relative to these types of salmon? I could go on and on. It's a big topic, but any help is appreciated.
