Super-excited to be heading to Curaçao for my first time! Anyone with Celiac Disease (or other anti-gluten diets) have tips for eating my way through Curaçao?
What do I mean by tips? Anything helpful -- anywhere you'd recommend? Any dish you'd recommend? Are fish usually dredged in flour? Will waitstaff take me seriously if I ask? Better to play everything super-safe? Great restaurants that I'll find it easy to order at?
