CUPID'S Chili for Hot Dogs

My father LOVES Cupid's Hot Dogs and ate there back in the 1950's (at the Cupid's in North Hollywood.) We have since moved out of state but I make sporadic trips back to the Los Angeles area. You can buy the hot dog with the natural casing, the steamed bun, onions, ketchup BUT the one thing that lacks is the exact chili that they use. I know that Cupid's Chili is a mixture between two different kinds of chili; both of them come to the retail stores frozen in 5 pound sealed plastic. They are then mixed together in equal parts, mixed with warm water and used to make a "Cupid's" hot dog.

I know that the chili is purchased from a restaurant supply in Los Angeles , CA. Does anyone know exactly where that supply store is?? My 73 year old father would be eternally grateful!
