Cuisinox Elite stock pot 324H

grayelf | Jun 24, 200808:39 PM

I could only find two references to Cuisinox, both about saucepans, but my searching skills are not all that, so forgive me if this question has been asked. I have a set of Lagostina Professional Plus that I've used for years, but the stock pot is quite small and I want a larger one. I'm looking at the Cuisinox because it has that nice thick bottom and frankly it's on sale for 40% off. I've never heard of this brand before, although I gather it is Canadian. Any feedback on this line or this pot in particular? Many thanks...
