After watching all the Iron Chefs and Top Chefs use their pressure cookers so much I thought I should be knowledgeable in their uses. I have had mine since Christmas and am having so much fun with it. I read some reviews and people whine about this and that one being better but this one is as simple as a toaster to operate and produces excellent results. I got David Changs book Momofuku for Christmas and the two go hand in hand quite nicely. I can braise pork belly in like 20 minutes, pulled pork shoulder in 50 minutes, beans from raw unsoaked in an hour. If you like to play in your kitchen like I do I highly recommend it for around a $100 bucks its worth it for the fun you'll have.
