Hi all - since I really miss grilling as an easy dinner on a weeknight, and it is now too dark and cold to use my grill, I am considering the Cuisinart 4 in 1 Griddler. I have read good reviews. I know I'm not going to get my Weber taste but a burger in December would be great! Since I recenlty redid my kitchen I am a bit nuts about spattering grease and smoke. Is there a lot of smoke/grease flying around with this machine? I would use it in the closed positiion. Thanks all!!
