Cuisinart 14BCNY food processor - is it BPA free and is it a good one?

I am looking for a new food processor and I have seen good reviews on the Cuisinart 14BCNY model. On the Amazon website and Bed, Bath and Beyond it does not state BPA free. It is a Lexan work bowl. I will call the company tomorrow - closed today. Does anyone own one and perhaps on the box it will say BPA free, or not. I read somewhere online that it is and another time that it is not. The local Bed, Bath and Beyond does not have them in stock so I cannot go in and look on the box.

If you own one, what do you think of it? Would love to hear your experiences and the BPA answer. Thank you.
