Cuban roast pig?

Does anyone know where in the Bay Area I can try some succulent Cuban-style roast pig? In particular, I'm thinking of the long, slow roasted pork coming out of a Caja China, with the moist interior and crispy skin. Alternately, I'd be willing to make this myself if someone can tell me where I could purchase a Caja China locally.
