This is located in the same plaza as Dx Peruvian on the corner of Bristol and Sunflower.
It's good. Much better than Versailles LA.
The masitas de puerco is crispy on the outside tender, moist, and flavorful on the inside. The rice and beans are much more flavorful than what I've had at Versailles. Not quite as flavorful as Puerto Sagua in Miami...somewhere in between.
The table next to us ordered the rabo encendido (oxtail) which looked excellent and was picked clean within minutes. A great sign.
The menu has all the good stuff: vaca frita, ropa vieja, lechon asado, etc. The only thing missing is a personal favorite of mine: chicharrones de pollo.
I'll be coming here a lot...
