We're going tomorrow night for the first time so any recommendations would be appreciated. In terms of appetizers, we're esp. interested in the tostones (esp. the shrimp ones) the yukita frita or the ceviche. For entrees, the plantain crusted red snapper in a sofrito sauce, the sugar cane glazed salmon, the cazuela marinera, one of their paellas, or the langosta enchilada all sound interesting.
