I thought this might be a fun thread, seeing as we here in the NE are now getting our farmshares. What are folks doing with their vast lots of veggies? This week we had:
- Frittata with Russian kale, turnip greens and goat cheese
- Creamy Summer Greens Soup (Moosewood Cream of Spinach recipe replacing the spinach with: arugula, salad kale and assorted mixed greens
- Nice Golden radish and harukoi turnip slices in all our salads this week
