I used to make these often when I was in high school, decades ago. Looking at all our leftover ham, I got thinking about them since I haven't made them since. Recipes online are basically bechamel w/ added ham, refrigerate, shape, bread, fry. Does anyone make these anymore? Anything new to add? Are they even worth making? I remember loving them in high school but my tastes have changed some.;-)
