Having recently returned to work I've realized the upside to unemployment was lots of time for cooking fabulous meals. Now that I'm back to work cooking dinner during the week has become a nightmare!
Whenever possible I make something big on Sunday for the week, chili, stew, lasagna, 2 chickens etc. I'm thinking that a crock pot might be worthwhile. If nothing else I can make steel cut oats in it!
Is a crock pot really worth it and if so what kind? I'm just cooking for two so I don't need anything enormous.
