Anyone want to critique my Texan Easter brunch?

Having friends over for Easter Brunch. About 12 people.

Here's the menu:

Smoked Pork Ribs
Smoked Bacon
Spring Succatash (roasted corn, herbs, zucchini, tomato)
Maple glazed roasted brussels sprouts and sweet potato

Brioche baked french toast with maple syrup
Mixed berry compote
Fresh Berries
Homemade whipped cream

Goat cheese and asparagus quiche

Deviled eggs with fresh dill
Deviled eggs with lump crab

Carrot cake cupcakes

Drinks:
Bloody mary bar
Fresh squeezed grapefruit and vodka cocktail with fresh mint
