Please critique my NYC dining itinerary

Suzie4399 | Nov 11, 201608:32 AM

Hi all,
My hubby and I will be coming to NYC for a conference for 5 nights in December. It will be our first time away together baby-free since our little guys arrived (mixed feelings, haha). That being said, I'm quite thrilled to be able to dine while my food is still warm and without having to get up 500 times during a meal :)
I've set up the following reservations, and was just wondering for any input. Our plan is a bit tasting menu heavy, but again, we are both looking forward to long, leisurely opportunities to sit and eat :)
WE love delicious food, and that's really our only requirement! I also don't love waiting in line in December, so reservations are awesome if available.
Again, would love people's input and thoughts... I love reading about people's experience with NYC food! TIA!
