Hello All,

Arriving in Chicago for a week on Monday. I am coming from San Francisco, staying in the gold coast.

Tuesday: Maude's liquor bar
Wednesday: BLVD
Thursday: Publican
Friday: I am working late, any late night spots in the gold coast area(close to work and hotel)?
Saturday: Gilt Bar

Room for a final dinner on Sunday

I am saving Grace for my next visit, as I don't know many people in Chicago (hopefully will know more after this trip) and I want to share that experience.

Also, does Chicago have a meet up culture at all? In SF you can join a bunch of meet ups, including food related places. Or on boards like Chowhound, we will arrange for group dinning. Basically, any advise on meeting food loving people to have dinner/drinks with on future visits to Chicago.

Thank you in advance!
