crepe or Mandarin pancakes for Peking duck?

made my first batch of Mandarin pancake (dry dough rolled). I wasn't totally pleased, not quite as delicate as I've had in restaurants, but they were fine. Saw that a basic crepeis sometimes used.
Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
