There was a piece in the Good Eating section of last Thursday's Tribune reviewing Creole at 226 W Kinzie. Among other offerings is a Saturday and Sunday brunch buffet described as Cajun-Creole-Southern comfort food. When I telephoned Creole they said the weekend of the 28th and 29th would be their first time offering the brunch. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who's tried it. The review mentioned the shore specialty of shrimp & grits---could we be lucky enough to find that on the buffet?
