Who makes their own creme fraiche and if you do what do you think about your version and the store version. I have not bought any in a couple of years so I have forgotton the comparsion. If you do make it what type do you make and also do you make any variances in it. The last time I checked this at the store it was selling for about 4 dollars for like a 1/2 pint or something. What do you use creme fraiche for.
