I go to La Bedaine regularly, and everything I have had there has been wonderful. With that said, I was blown away by their Crème brûlée a few days ago. The chef cameralized sugar fresh on the spot, and it really made a Crème brûlée fan out of me. It has a delicate texture, just the right balance of sweetness and creaminess, and a touch of cinamon (I think) that made it totally irresistable.
