Creative, yet easy tailgating ideas?

wineaux | Jul 18, 200811:08 PM     5

Just got home from working a 14-hour day today. A group of us are going to see the White Sox win against Kansas City tomorrow night (hey, it's not only fireworks night; it's also Mullet night at the park). So, I just found out that we'll be tailgating, which is great, except I really don't have the time or energy to shop & prepare something really tasty & creative. So, I'm thinking some of you might have some ideas to throw out.... I was thinking of some tasty appetizers that would go well with beer, beer & more beer. Maybe something a little spicy? The key here is quick & easy though. Thanks for any suggestions.... GO SOX!

P.S. I just had an idea.... maybe something along the lines of a Kansas City BBQ?? What is else KC known for?
